Can't access my money
Since change to wisely, I been trying for week to activate a new card. No luck my disabilty gets direct deposit and I cant access to pay my bills. Been calling around clock no one will Answer phon E but recor Ding this Morning said behind on direct deposit will be 2 to 4 hours been over 8 hours still no one will answer phone. How can resolve issue when company ignoring calls. After this im changing who I bank with

Totally awful
Since May12,2019 and since they switched to wisely . I call to report my card stolen and get a replacement card which they didn't after waiting for the replacement card to come in the mail

Won’t even let me make an account extremely frustrating, so I changed my direct deposit to CURRENT, did everything to receive my payroll on my CURRENT CARD, and all of a sudden 2 weeks later my payroll changed back to wisely without my permission. I want to CANCEL wisely account can’t even do that nor lock my card! I DO NOT RECOMMEND WISELY TO ANYONE!! Just very disappointing!!!!

Terrible service
My card was hacked and money was withdrawn from my account from an airline and when I called I was on hold for 2 Hours. They don’t know when my money will be available. They use customer reps from other countries and it’s hard to understand. I requested to speak with someone here in the USA and waited another hour. Supposedly they sent a new card hoping to get it before my next pay check if I don’t, then I don’t have access to my money. This is a terrible bank and service. Unfortunately I don’t have another choice but to bank with them because my employer only uses their services.

I had unauthorized debit in my card.in two weeks, I made 32 calls, and I haven't any answer. One costumrr srrvice told me if I don't have shy to have a paycheck too small.. ok Wesely see in the court...

I notice when I check my card some one had charged my card 750 at a Target in San Francisco an I stay in Chicago called them at 30x give me the run around for 6hrs then finally give me a no that closed at 5 Bad customer service no one speak English Clearly

Is wisely responsible for my fraudulent charges?
Since the change or merge with Wisely, my debit card info was stolen today, and my accounts at 0$. I can't help but feel like Wisely is the responsible for this. Since I've had no issues with ADP for years, it's led me to believe Wisely may be careless with everyone's card info, and probably have the accounts stored on a low security server or something. Not happy.

It wasn't broke, but now it's definitely broken
Before ADP wisely, I never was on hold, waiting for ADP customer service, for more than a minute... Two minutes tops. In fact, I'm hard-pressed to recall when I ever had to wait. Now not only is my payroll deposit not arriving consistently at 2am (EST), like it did before the wisely change, ... Wisely customer service personnel ( including a Supervisor) couldn't answer why the deposit wasn't being made at the 2am time as before; none of them couldn't even explain why the change to ADP Wisely; nor could they answer how much longer customers were going to have to suffer as a result of the change. ... HEY ADP! ...IT WASN'T BROKE!!!

This company was able to work on a solution. The customer service representative Ivan was very helpful, friendly and patient with me.
He went threw all of my transactions to make sure there was no fraudulent charges. He also updated my profile to the correct information for me.
I would not hesitate to use or recommend ADP Card Services. Great customer service!

I had fraud on my ADP card, and when I called customer service they issued a new card and then said I need to contact them back in seven days to get "refunded". it seemed like they were trying to get me off the phone without actually providing any real support. I also asked the fraud department to read off the transactions so I could make sure there wasn't any more, btu they didn't do that for me.

The worst merge and customer service, closing my account
Since the merge my card shows an overdraft balance of -$190 which should be on 0 but not negative for some reason the money ended up in limbo!! I have called 8 times with waiting times of over 45 min!! and getting disconnected several ocassions after waiting for that long, kepp telling me they will escalate to high priority it has beern 30 days not fixed yet!! I have been unable to use my card sinces them, I just want this to get fixed since I don’t own them anything!!! Is there own *** mistake!! Definitely closing the account ines this gets fixed, if it ever does!!

Since ADP changed to mywisely, I got a scam of more than 4,000 dollars. I called customer service and no one was answering! I got left in the dark. Pathetic service!

hola, mi nombre es virginia castillo, nosotros no tenemos ningún contrato con total play y aun asi nos han estado hablando por telefono y a fuerzas nos piden hablar con una persona de nombre Rosario a la cual no conocemos el numero del que nos hablan es un celular 444********, por mas que les decimos que no la conocemos insisten mas y mas.

Account wiped clean at a grocery store across the country
Tried calling, was on hold for 20 minutes before someone answered. He was literally no help. Transferred me to someone else, on hold for another 15 minutes before I was hung up on. I’m now 43 minutes into my second call and have still gotten absolutely nowhere. After this, I will surely not be using this service. Now I have zero access to my fund for at least 7-10 business days. Great security!

Awful- don't use
I was out of state- my card would not work. I called them on hold over an HOUR! Card worked, then next day it didn't. Worst way to pay anyone!

I am Having the same problem. Company issued me a card and every time I try to call to activate it they say they cant access my account.
