I lost my card they said they would send a replacement in a day for $15 been contacting about it cause fedex said they never gave it to them and they keep telling me they did with no tracking number

They DON'T listen
Scammers
For 3 months my son has not received his funds on his card due to a hold. When asked what kind of identification was needed to release the hold they gave him the runaround when as to where he was to submit his documents.
Again this has been going on for 3 whole months. I have spoken with the company numerous times JH. I have spoken with the supervisor as well as customer service on numerous occasions and placed on hold as long as an hour. They pretend to be empathetic with you when indeed these people are straight Crooks and are looking to hold on to your money for whatever reason.
I am ready to take these people too small claims court. These people are nothing but scammers and probably ready to steal identities. They are not based in the USA and carry heavy accents that you can hardly understand.
A horrible company. I cannot believe that a place like Sesame Place choose to deal with people like these people here.
This adp card has ruined my life
My card is for my tips...I work as a hairdresser and this is a majority of my income. I have consistently had troubles with ADP regarding the balance, How to replace a lost card, Atm withdrawal fees on money I am earning daily, So the company I work for can get a deal cashing my paycheck.
It's absolutely horrifying that after 15 years in the service industry my income has been taken suddenly with no other option to collect all the money I am EARNING. I'm so dissatisfied with being charged for processing my pay without thoughtfulness and understanding of how little we already make. You take from people who are already working hard on their feet every day.The ADP pay card is the worst thing that has ever happened to me. Once your company sells you and your paycheck to be handed over you are expected to use a card that wont always be accepted at each merchant, charges fees for every atm transaction, and may or may not always contain the exact amount you have earned for that day...I have had problem after problem!!
I have had no luck speaking to anyone American when I call to resolve issues because this company has chosen like so many others to outsource the customer service department. Unfortunately I feel like I'm never really being heard or understood. I'm past frustrated and their is nothing they can do for me most cases. Right now my wallet was lost.
The adp company has informed me in order to receive a new card I will wait at LEAST 2 WEEKS or I can pay them 24 dollars for express and then it will only be five days MAYBE..If I try to transfer the balance of what i have made they don't go through for 3 DAYS..this means that everyday it takes 3days to show up.
I'm exhausted from being passed around from person to person. This is the worst card i have ever had the displeasure of being FORCED TO USED TO MANAGE MY OWN EARNED INCOME.!!!!!

I got a call from their so called fraud department and said I knew about the two declined charges boom they deactivated my dam card and said to wait 7-10 business days for the new one to arrive by snail mail I asked how I’m a supposed to pay my dam bills that are coming due are they nope and they kept telling me checks to get my money until the new card arrives I’m not paying 10.99 for one dam check and I’m looking into seeing if they can do this even though I agree I knew about the charges and they said I would still be able to use my card until the new one comes they lied to me going to talk to my manager and see if he can have the company I work for switch to a different card

Fraudulent Activity and NO Support from ADO
On April 6 there was two fraudulent transactions taken from my ADP account. I was neither notified or contacted to be made aware that this activity occurred.
In speaking with the representatives at 186* -402 -**** They had him for me that I needed to fill out a dispute claim which I did back in April to dispute form was completed and faxed and emailed to ADP is dispute department at SOLSPARKCH dispute@***t data.com. During this time I was neither contacted by anyone in the dispute department when I called back to the 866 Custer murder service number I was told that by July 6 the money would be back in my account. Today is July 6 it is 90 days since the fraudulent activity in my account and I still have not received that money in my account.
When I called today they informed me that the dispute department will need to provide them an update they do not have an update as to where it is. This is by far The worst customer service I have ever received from a company not only has it taking them longer than 90 days to handle a dispute on fraudulent activity which is very clear fraudulent activity based on the location of where the transactions occurred but the fact that no one has an answer for me yet as of today I was told to call back on Monday so that the dispute department can give me an update they’re still not saying where the $1800 is that they had promised to put back in my account by July 6
