Nothing but issues with this company.No one in customer service speaks English nor is based in the US.
First issue was that a hold was placed on the card for a hotel stay that was a direct bill. When I called to get it taken off I was advised that unless I had the lodging facility fax paperwork it would take 45 days to have the funds back on my card. Second issue happened when the pay card was stolen. Called on a Tuesday and was told 3 Biz days with expedited shipping- which cost in excess of $20.00 dollars.
Called on Thurs to get tracking number and was told it would not be available until the following Monday. This company sucks!!!! Save trouble and purchase a prepaid card and have your paycheck loaded onto that.
ADP should be banned from doing business in the US.At the very least it needs to be investigated for it's very questionable business practices.
