I liked it, I liked the check feature, used it over many years, until I was a victim of fraud (approximately $100) and wanted a card with chip. At the time (2018?) the card didnt have a chip.
Fraud was settled to my benefit.
Now Im doing research on the ADP Wisely card (from 5/3 bank) which can put payday a couple days faster.
Capital One (checking) drags its feet on online billpay, and so does 5/3 (credit card). Between payday and payee being paid, it can be 5-6 days.

They won't release my pay
- The direct deposit with Wisely is not available.
- Friday said funds would release; ID was needed and sent; Monday funds still not available.
This is the first direct deposit with Wisely and there are no funds available in my account. I called the day (Friday) I would normally get my direct deposit and they told me it was there and that is was on hold because of the amount but it would be released later that day.
I checked throughout the day... nothing. Saturday still nothing... Called them again.
This time it was because they needed my ID. OK I sent it to them. They said Monday the funds would be leased. Today is Monday, still no funds available.
Called and demanded to talk to a manager. First time I was hung-up on.
Second time I was on hold for over 10 minutes. Still on hold.
Preferred solution: Release of payroll income and not be charged anything. I am cancelling the account.

- ADP Visa debit payments closed all my credit cards.
- Misinfo about a checking account debit card; 12+ calls over 3 days with disconnections.
Well I use my ADP card to pay some bills it seems like there was a major problem because when I was paying my credit cards off they closed every single one of my credit cards due to the fact that ADP Visa debit card / checking account would not take the payment so they shop every single one of my credit cards due to the fact that ADP wisley Visa gave out Miss information you saying that it was a checking account debit card which through my credit below and we're dealing with a crisis and that was the way I used to get by I have a 6 in a 7 year old and now we have to Outsource for food and other Essentials depending on other family members to bring us food even water. I have called for the last 3 days to try and get this cleared up. Over 12 times I've called and 12 times I spoke to someone each time I was disconnected and ask the same questions over and over again with them saying they would call me back it is now going on the third day today I called over eight times and spoke to the same lady and she just kept on giving me the runaround I will be hiring the biggest the baddest attorney because of their neglect and the worst customer service anybody should ever have to go through

The switch to MyWisely
- Since switching to MyWisely, online transactions are unavailable.
- The change is a major inconvenience and makes the card less useful.
So since the transition from MyAline to MyWisely, there is no ability to make online transaction, this is by far the biggest inconvenience I've ever had with card company. There's no excuse for this, ordering things online in this day and age is more common place than anything and now with no option to do so, it's basically not worth having the card. This is so infuriating.

Got charged twice by rock auto.com

I was Ordering some car parts from rock auto.com and the first time I put all my information and they said that my billing address did not match my card address where theyre going to send it so I went back and checked again and try to do it so I didnt go through but it went through twice so I ordered the same thing twice because the website said that it didnt go through

My card was stolen when I had so many bills due money taken off same day I find out I call them to file a dispute which turned into several and then they were all denied sent a police report and letter from my company HR department as they said will make it go faster which was a lie now it can take up to 90 days to refund my money my bills are late lights got turned off car repossessed Im playing catch up on all my bills my bp is high cause Im working harder to catch up on everything and they say they understand NO YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND what this does to people lives yall are thieves and I want my money back this is not right and then you say youre investigating you put ordinary people over people lives and well being youre a joke and I would never do to people what yall or doing and I hope you pay for this and call and check on your disputes and updates are a joke!!!!!
